Contributions, ideas, creations......whatever you wanna call it!

1) Drawing(s) - You can draw freehand, use computer, or whatever else your little minds can stir up! You can make sketches, use color, leave black and white.....anything, but please don't copy or trace over an already used pic, unless you plan to change or modify it in some way, besides that, do what you want! If you'd like a list of characters, contact me, and I'll be glad to give you the whole lot! However, the main characters, for example, X, have principals, that need to be followed, which if you ask, I will also willingly give you those characters and their outlines. Such Reploids like Maverick bosses don't really have anything to them.......no it's not because I'm lazy, I just would rather see someone else's thoughts on it! Oh, and one last thing......if you do decide to whip up a drawing of an un-outlined boss or character, please make a legend or key on it to show me their features that you've placed on them.

2) Music and Voice - This is a new feature which was added last minute (at least the voice part was!). I figured since no real voice parts were used in an X game (as of yet), I'd get vocals from fellow fans! What I'm asking for is a sample of your voice (if you choose to do so), which will be reviewed among the many other things to see what voice fits what part. If you are interested, you can send me a wav. of your voice (or any other format, as long as it works!), with your own little quote for the game.....if I like it, you may not only hear your voice used in the game, but your quote as well! If there's a certain part you'd like to try out for, please email me for a list of characters.....or if you can't think of anything to say, ask me and I'll make up something for you (nice guy, ain't I?). There are really no real strict rules to follow here, but PLEASE, and I mean PLEASE don't send me cursing or an already used voice (or one that belongs to someone else), unless you have their permission. As far as music goes, this part of the contest is for those who are not "musically deficient." If you have a musical talent of any kind, let me know by sending me a sample of your sounds! Any format, any genre......just make it what you think would be appropriate for an X or MegaMan game! And don't send me an artists music in attempt to trick me (it won't work!), but if you do, please get that musicians consent before you toy with their work. Even if there's a particular type or song you think would be good, as I've said, let me know! And if you need some kind of basis or inspiration for your music, drop me a note for a list of bosses or levels, or even regular character themes!

3) Maverick bosses, their weapons, attacks, levels, and their destruction - What me and my fellow Hunters have worked hard on, is to make a game where both the creators and minorities are happy (sorry folks), and we were able to figure out a way to do just that! We were able to acomplish this feat by adding a special new feature........hold your breath.......16 Maverick bosses! That's right, you heard me, 16! Now before you decide to flip out and yell at me and tell me how long and hard that would make the game, listen up!, I got 3 words for you people,
"That's the point!!!!!"
Now that I've calmed most of you down (hey, quit lookin' at me like that!), I think theres something you should know about this......like the MegaMan 8 Robot Master contest in Japan, some of these Mavericks have already been decided....8 of them to be exact, but this still gives you the chance not only to create 8 others, but to design their level (as well as special features in the stage), weapons, attacks, the weapon you recieve from them when defeated, and the weapon that works best on'em, and yet again, I will say this one more time......PLEASE do NOT use any weapons, level types, etc that have already been used! Hey, if I get more then I bargained for, what the hell, I'll use even more than 16! Here are the original 8 Mavericks (in no particular order, except maybe alphabetically).......

Now all I need is the junk (it's not really junk, that's just what I call it) I have listed above, you can even mess around with the original 8's names if you'd like, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! If you have any questions concerning this or anything else.....don't panic, just give me a buzz (I don't know how many times I have to say that!).

4) Storyline/Plot/Outline - I think you get the point, but just in case............In this part of the contest, I am asking those of you who choose, to come up with a basic plan to the game, I do already have one, which you can get by leavin' me a letter asking for it, and which will be out as soon as I can get the time (life gets too complicated sometimes......whether it's getting beeped for an emergency at the hospital, having something I've planned to do but just didn't bother with it, or takin' my younger brother to night school (oh boy!), it's always gotta be something!), which shouldn't take too long, but won't be out in a jiffy either, but I promise you will see my story no matter what. If you already have a brainstorm in your mind, tell me before you forget (after all, you don't want to lose some great thoughts now would ya?), and I'll be sure to write it down, which is assured since I save everything given to me! This part of the contest says it all right in it's heading! Any other concerns or comments, you know what to do (and if you don't, too bad, you should of been listening!)..........

5) Title, intro, and ending - Once again, I think it says quite enough right there. Think about it and send in your creations............it's like the plot part, only on a different scale!

6) Maverick Boss Intro - Enough said, same as the last two, well.......almost......at least I hope and think so.........

7) Game title - Do I even have to tell you?!?!?!?! Figure it out yourself!!!!!! Fine.......what I'm asking is that you think up a better name then MegaMan X5, but don't go too far out........

8) X-Tra features - Anything else me and my little brain couldn't come up with. If you help me out by tellin' me somethin' I didn't already have up here, I'll give you a special prize.............

Please try and submit all entries by March 27th, I don't mean to rush you people, but I got deadlines to meet! I will understand however, if they are late, so don't make your work sloppy just to get it done, cause you have plenty of time! Well, that's about it............
