I liked the style, but overall hated the excrutiatingly repetitive (and long) episodes.  Seriously, are the Japanese the only ones making cartoons that will end after two seasons?

In Japan they don't really have seasons though...they just run forever until, the story stops, the creator wants to kill it(damn that Ken Akumatsu), or it's not popular anymore.
Very few things get another "season". Cowboy Bebop did because of whiny little fans.
There is stuff that's been running in Japan for like 10 years, like Detective Conan/Case Closed. <_<

Rocko's my favorite american cartoon.

My favorite wrestling moment from before Taboo Tuesday:

Quote from: "Mankind"

"Oh Carlito,
Oh Carlito,
What you did last week was not cool or neato.
So I guess I'll have to make you bleed-o
Like Rocky and Apollo Creed-o!
On these two fists you will feed-o
as if they were two giant Cheetos!
Or if you're in the mood for cotton tacos,
Say hello to Mr. Socko.
And when the match is all complete-o,
You'll leave skidmarks in your Speedos!

Have a nice day!"

XD!

Guys, you're forgeting how diffrent cartoon are produced in Japan. OAV's usuall have higher budgets than long lasting Animes. This allows for bright and shinny animation, better voice actors, and more things to do.

Shows like Inuyasha, DBZ, Yu-Gi-Oh! and other long lasting shows have a frighteningly low budget. They usually reuse animation frams time and time agian, or the purposely keep charcters still during dialouge and use a special kind of filter to animate the mouths.

Than agian, companies that do that are sells outs.
