Person A sees Person B on the street. Person A follows Person B back to their house. Person A shoots Person B, waits for Person B's family to arrive home, and shoots each of them as well. Person A lights Person B's house on fire and feasts on tasty "Person B burgers". Person A takes Polaroids of himself furiously defecating on a partially disemboweled Person B and mails them to all of Person B's friends, co-workers, and extended family. Person A then writes "Person B is a poopy-head" on a sheet of looseleaf and waits for the police to arrive. The police arrive, Person A is hauled off, and a court date is scheduled.
In this instance, the jury present at Person A's trial is expected to consider all of Person A's actions when determining his fate.
* Jury Member A was not present at the time of Person A's actions. This does not mean Person A should be released.
* Person A changed his story after the fact and told Jury Member B that he was feeding ducks in the park at the time of the murders. This does not mean Person A should be released.
* Jury Member C was a close friend of Person A. This does not mean Person A should be released.
* Jury Member D was never personally murdered by Person A. Again, this does not mean Person A should be released.
* Jury Member E is voting "not guilty" because he didn't feel that calling Person B a poopy-head was worthy of jail time
