Except samus would then kick megamans ass, as he has about 10 to 15 health, maybe a bit more if he uses subtanks and all that stuff, weheras at minimum power, samus would have 100 health, and more than 1500 at max, plus there's missiles and ice beam, and wave beam which shocks robots... so yeah, samus would, in a fight, certainly beat megaman. Which brings me round to the point i was going to make. Though it would be cool to have them work together, they work by different stratergies, megaman you have to dodge a lot as you have little health, but the metroid bosses rely on you having quite a bit even if you DO dodge really well, so megaman would be more of a hindrance against powerfull enemies, though the wide range of abilities he boasts may help in certain situations...
