People often are given the misconception MCR is emo, but they're more of a violent type of music rather.

That and the lyrics may sound emo to one due to the lead singer, who writes the songs, is obsessed with death.

I said MCR sucks COMPARED to Avenged Sevenfold! and there i so many better band than MCR in the genre it's a 6 out of 10 Avenged being a 10 out of 10 drowning pool a 9/10 and Kron 8/10

I am Emo hence my taste in the darker music and how i repel Swift and goth hence i like heavy metal like the avenged.
