I prefer to sprinkle mine down with alittle salt. Give's it better flavor for me. And with a cup of melted cheese to dip them in.

Though I don't blame you, since it's a local private resturant, and is a more gourmet place.....

Burger King has the best fries, but Dairy Queen has the best sauce to go with them. [kind of like cheez whiz, only better and creamier and all melted.... *drools*]
