I made a Japanese forum for our Japanese friends (over 1/3 of the visitors to this site are Japanese). So, that's what that new forum is if you can't read it.

i doubt it's that ... i think it's because this isn't a japanese site, and they are shy.

i mean, if anyone has any other ideas, please let me know. i've wondered about this for a long, long time.
