Yeah, I use GIMP...I wish I had a damn tutorial still, but I'm figuring quite alot on my own.

i dunno, i was young, all my online friends were making pages, i was in love with protoman, and the series in general ... i guess it was more or less inevitable. as i gained new skills, i was able to make it do more and more of my bidding.

Simple, mess with the...shit...I forgot what they're called right now XD...Lemme check....

....Note: Getting alot of huge ass brushes means it take a LONG ASS TIME for Gimp to load...-__-

Yes, screw around with the filters for awhile. It's fun too. :D

Eeh, filters are easy, they basically do the work for you. Some of them don't seem to do anything, though...

Anyways, what do you think brushes are? Filters are there for added effects, while brushes make it look spiffy. Just using the right amount of both is the idea.

And paint can make good sigs!!

Borders? As far as I know, I haven't found a way for GIMP to make borders yet. You just need to improvise.
