No, Smash bros has to be Nintendo, not anyone else.

maybe, 50 years from now, there will have been so many sequels that EVERY nintendo character is in it (including goombas, pirahna plants, those flying things that you can get the cape from in SMW, or even a whomp)

I'm not gonna trust this site now seeing that it's not official (Note the launchFANSITE in the URL).  We'll just have to wait and see, though.  But seriously, the dog from Duck Hunt?!  This is only my opinion, but if you had to ask me, this site has
F-A-K-E info.

Took the words RIGHT outta my mouth.
eft.

For all we know about Revolutions, that may be true next year.

haha yea but in the tournaments you really die in real life and if you win you get to use some of your character's powers in real life (i wouldnt mind a reflect shield or falco punch or grapling hook or psychic powers)

what a lame site, Duck Hunt dog. . .

To be honest, I probably won't like SSB on the Revolution.  Sure they could tone down Fox, Shiek, Marth, Peach, Falco and Falcon so that the game is more accessable.  But I don't think it will be as good; far too much to screw up.  Like what if it's not longer 2D?  Bleck.

And what if they took out wavedash, wouldn't mind losing Lcancel though, that's kinda irritating.  As a competitive SSBM player though, I'm afraid of them royally screwing the game over.

they should make wave-dashing just a bit easier to close the gap between newbs and pros

and EVERY character should have awesome secrets like Samus (aka using grapling beam to back back on stage, doubling length, homing grapple beam)

Come on, you know the laughing dog is golden! I was thinking of some other possible charecters.

Paperboy
Kid Icarus
The actual ducks from duck hunt
The cardboard stand-ups from Hogan's Alley
Pac-Man!
Donkey Kong Jr.
King Hippo (Punch Out)

p.s none of these are serious...except paperboy, and Icarus.
