I don't know it any other way. Deserts are not common in Canada, so I don't know anything about them. Just whatever was in Dune.

No plot holes for me, unless it's on purpose. The kind of thing that would make people want a sequel. Well, I find sequels over rated. The closest thign i'll have to a sequel to Snowcraft would be Sandcraft.

actually, a desert is defined as:

A barren or desolate area, especially:
A dry, often sandy region of little rainfall, extreme temperatures, and sparse vegetation.
A region of permanent cold that is largely or entirely devoid of life.
An apparently lifeless area of water.
An empty or forsaken place; a wasteland: a cultural desert.
Archaic. A wild, uncultivated, and uninhabited region.

so, technically there could be a desert up north (Dictionary.com)

Still, the north is populated by the Snowcraft htings, and somehwere else, like the Sahara, will have Sandcraft. (One guy I talk to gave me a bunch of idea's for Sandcraft. Thank you, Rob Strife of FA)

I know what you mean. You remind me of me, so yeah I know how it is. I'm kinda deppressed sometimes, but I don't usually talk about it unless I'm talking to a good friend. We all feel depressed sometimes, we're teenagers, we're supposed to! Ever noticed how some days I don't come around to hang out? I figure if I'm not feeling awesome, no reason to depress my friends.
