tph never dies, it just gets less relevant.

Well... Umm... o_o
Do you actually update the music section? I use that during school, and there's atleast a few "Listen Now!"'s that don't work.
If you do, whatever. I'll try to think of something if you're going to actually do something lol.

the big cease and desist sort of turned me off to adding new music. also the whole "bittorrent" thing (maybe you've heard of it lolol). which listen nows don't work?

I know, and I'm not sure which, off the top of my head. I could check, since I know for a fact that I've seen some that don't work.
Wait... I thought that was just for the cartoons? Maybe I'm just blind. >_>

Edit: Alright, going down the list, there's...

Age of Empires: Golden Edition
Final Fantasy VII (PC) (General Midi) <- This is the one I saw first. o3o
Final Fantasy VII (PC) (Sound Blaster)
Final Fantasy VII (PC) (Yamaha Softsynthesizer)
Final Fantasy VII (PC) (YGM)
RPG Maker XP (PC) (MIDI)

Yup, that's it, but, I mean, it's there... o_O
And yes, I just went down the entire list.

there were two legal threats. the first one took down the whole site for like a week because they sent it to dreamhost. that was the cartoons. then i got a new host. the second one was directly to me about the rockman music. you should be able to find the topics pretty easily since almost nothing has happened on the forum since either of them iirc.

thanks about those midi directories. the flash player can't play midi, so i deleted it in those directories.

You know...

If you looked at the sender you could have determined who it was.
They are really unable to do anything unless they could find your home address and actually sue you for having it, but it's so easy to get the music off the game now-a-days.
If nothing had happened past a week of the send it would have been fake for sure.
