Nope, speed boost slots don't stack, best you can get is a god/battle and that's 30% speed boost. It still has the same problems:

single enemy hit only
no range at all
bad animation with everyone but HUcaseal

In other news, I got a magic rock "heart key"

I have learned to do better with my Hand(INNUENDO ALERT) than with a long range, multi hit weapon.
