1) Go to the Gate and talk to Copper.
2) Say you want to visit a friend's town, and then pick Nintendo WFC.
3) After your DS connects, quit out of the Friend's Town list.
4) Notice anything unusual by your house? Your mailbox has a new letter!
5) Enjoy the coinage.

If you already have a hi-speed connection, you can just do what CJ did and snag a Wi-Fi USB Connector from the Nintendo Store website...

DID YOU KNOW THAT:

If you have enough weeds grow in your town, eventually a huge rafflesia will bloom somewhere in the town's confines? It's a good place to catch flies.
