Huh? How come when it's 99% done, it says "Could not establich connection with the server". What is this about? It happens on every song I've tried.

What download speed do you have?  (aka, how long had you been downloading?)

You can always copy the link into a download manager like FlashGet and then download.  Remember that the link changes after a period of time though (after you finish dl/ing).

There's the problem(s).

-Dial-up modem
-No download manager
-Internet Explorer

Change those to...
-Broadband
-FlashGet or a similar download manager
-Mozilla Firefox or a similar Netscape-superior-port

Most of those I can't change. I could probably get flashget, but I can't get broadband since I live 8 km out of town, and you can't get a high-speed connection there unless you want to pay $70 a month for satelite.
And I can't get Firefox, since it's a family computer and my parents don't like it when I use the computer too much. They always want me to focus on my studies. I can't blame them. I'm supposed to be in grade 9, but i'm in grade 11 instead. I can see why they want me to do well.
Maybe I'll just use Swiftman's computer instead and then burn them to cd. His computer is still dial-up, but he has it tweaked as much as he can. (he pays extra to have a dial-up accelerator with his subscription.)

Well, definitely switch to Mozilla Firefox.  Internet Explorer is getting in the WAY of your studies, I garauntee you ;)  (err, to your parents, too).  Firefox is much better.

once you get used to it, firefox is much smoother and versatile, it allows tabbed internet windows and advanced pop-up blocking

Plus, if you tweak it right.  It can go 30x faster ;)

Can you make the mouse wheel-click scrolling as fast as IE's in FireFox?

IE scrolling is BAD.  It's smoothed out, which means that if you scroll fast it messes up.  Firefox scrolls immediately and doesn't have problems like that (although twice my bookmarks were mysteriously erased after two improper shutdowns..)

Okay... I just tried installing Firefox again to see how the current build's doing, but when I start it up, it stays frozen on a white screen with the File Edit View etc. toolbar getting drawn, but nonfunctional. I just remembered it has happened the last few times I installed it too. Any ideas?
