When my DS returns, I will pass on this game until my other cravings are satiated.  THEN, maybe.

The game would be pretty boring for the most part then....

I mean, you have a giant house in the beginning of the game?  Where's the fun in making your house bigger?

Where's the fun in making a house?  I found the game so boring for multiple reasons.  It just didn't do it for me.  I like Harvest Moon a lot more; maybe except for the fact that you can't play Balloon Fighter on it.

edit: but then, I find harvest Moon extremely addictive while I play it, but then once I stop I never want to pick it up again.  I just don't find a reason to.  It's not the most challenging game, there's no story, yu just have to figure out how to make the most money; which isn't all that hard.  Give me a shooter for a challenge or give me an RPG with an engaging battle system and/or story.

You do have to pay Nook back, but this "no NES games" dissapoints me... There better be some equivalantly fun means of wasting time that doesn't involve making money.
Soon to be a major motion picture!

Nintendo was just too lazy to make an NES emulator for DS.  Either that or they still want money off the NES Classics series for GBA.
