Here is the link to the Rockman and Forte SNES soundtrack.  I'm not sure if it's official or not, but it sure looks (and sounds) like it isn't ripped from an emulator.

The rips hosted at G's Hotel come from a wide variety of sources, so you can't guarantee that some of those aren't emulation rips.  And as far as that's concerned, emulation rips don't sound different from the originals to the naked ear (unless you're using outdated emulation technology ), and can only be differentiated when opened with a sound editor.

Good game, an actually MEDIOCRE soundtrack.  Too cutesy for me.  I need Mega Man to go back to the ass-kicker he used to be music-wise.  Mega Man 8 also suffered from this affliction.
