The blame rests soley on the n00bs who start trouble here. Mainly endtype, and the recent pokemon n00b.

Hey now, the n00bs aren't at fault, it's more me than anything. I've been here since, well, certaintly before TPH got really popular, and I did nothing to stem the flow of spam ehre, and I only encouraged it all the more.

So, from my explanation, it's clear that Cortez is at fault.
