I would rather listen to music on my iPod.  Watching videos rapes the battery, making it last a little less than 3 hours.

Why would you wanna buy $500 Palm Pilot when it only holds 64 megs?  You'd need to buy more and more.

My DOS lappy has about 1.5 hours of battery life.

Yet still pwns the Ipod, Navman or everything else.

Since I can play Blood on it.

And do, well, a LOT of things that I couldn't ever hope to do on an Ipod.

iPods are damn MP3 players, you shouldn't consider them computers.

I only got one because:

A: I have an assload of music (11 gigs on this thing so far)
B: I couldn't stand buying new batteries for my old CD player (It had a backlight you couldn't turn off, making it last...not very long.
C: Much easier to navigate than a CD player.

If you want it solely for the mp3 aspect, there are much cheaper ways to do it.

True, a lappy is a whole nother category to mp3 players. I'll shut up in that case.
