Just check the GamesFaqs SSBM area with teh Bonuses FAQ.  Then sit around with your Gamecube and go down the list. . . it takes forever.

Unfortunately, there is no easy way.  But they're all really easy to get minus like 3.

I don't erally remeber to be honest, I was just genrealizing.  NO Damgae clear and Giga Boweser KO take a while though.
