I read in a gamefaqs topic in river city ransom for NES that Slick (the final boss on that game) is in the villian running. I didn't see him in the small list that appears after you vote.)

thanks, neo. i would type up what i've been doing, but it would bore everyone to death, and then i wouldn't have anyone to welcome me back next time. :P suffice to say that school sucks, and music doesn't. updates coming very soon now.
